Yin of Life will guide you on a step-by-step transformation to make you understand your full being and how you can heal both your body and soul to live fully.
Module 1, week 1-4:
Module 1 will give you a deep understanding and experience of what yin yoga can give you for healing yourself, to be able to calm down, and to practice with awareness. This is the beginning of your journey toward a more balanced Ayurvedic living, to connect within and become your true self.
We will practice yin yoga together and you’ll learn how to find comfort in each pose.
You´ll learn about anatomy from a yin perspective so that you can practice yin yoga at home at your own pace, conscious of, and in respect of your limits and boundaries.
You´ll explore the basic breathing exercises so that you can develop calm breathing in your day-to-day life. When you add that to meditation, you can develop ways to calm your mind and stress levels.
Through Ayurveda you will learn about your constitution and how you can achieve and keep good health and high well-being.
By understanding your energy body, you will be able to transform stagnation and tension into flowing energy and freedom.
Module 1 is the base for yin yoga as a practice, and the foundation of ayurveda to begin your life-changing journey.
Module 2, week 5-8:
Module 2 will bring you deeper into your yin yoga practice. With deepened knowledge about Ayurveda, you will reach a better lifestyle that supports your health and well-being. You will get to know your inner world, with your emotions and energetically, and you will understand how all is connected.
During this module you will gain knowledge that prepares you to create your own sequencing, and learn what kinds of complementary methods will give an enhanced experience in this form of yoga - like breathing exercises, meditation, and self-care/self-massage. You will also be prepared to teach yin yoga.
You´ll learn about the meridians and how they nurture your inner organs, through which you will be able to heal your inside.
You´ll get deepened knowledge about anatomy from a yin perspective, including how the fascia works, which will make you develop healthy skills for your movement patterns.
You´ll learn how to build smooth yin yoga sequences that suit your body and life situation.
By deepening your knowledge in meditation and pranayamas - breath work - you will achieve beneficial tools for your new life, without stress, where you put yourself first.

Module 3, week 9-12:
Module 3 gives you more steady grounds to stand on as a practitioner having yin as your practice for health. Hi, I’m Wivi-Anne!
For most of my life I have worked as an official, mainly in finance and accounting. In my early thirties, during my career as a CEO and with a high load of stress, I started to feel ache moving around in my body.
Yoga became the solution for eliminating my pain and also led me to the path I have followed since then. It is now more than 20 years ago that yoga came to be my passion and companion.
Some of the most valuable effects of yoga, for me, were to be truthful to myself, build faith in myself and in life, achieving the insight that I have the power to create my life the way I want it to be.
I have been teaching yoga for almost 25 years and educated hundreds of teachers for the last 10.
I took my education and training for several different teachers, mainly in Hatha and Anusara yoga. After supplementing my palette of knowledge with education in ayurveda, I found the whole in the synergy between the two ancient sibling wisdoms - yoga and ayurveda. Based on this, I support mature women to find ways to live a fulfilled holistic life with yoga and ayurveda as companions to guide them.
Adding my yoga template with education in Yin yoga gave me insight into the importance of nurturing your inner world through a flexible fascia, for keeping your energy young and vital and Yin of Life was born. My therapeutic background in EQ, emotional intelligence, makes me a teacher able to create a humble and sacred space where everyone is seen and feel safe.
